The Fortnite v24.20 update appears to have introduced some new issues into the game, and Epic disabled a bunch of emotes as a result. Fan favorites such as Hand Forged and Conjure Weapon are among those currently disabled, and fans of these emotes wonder why Fortnite disabled them. We have the answers.

Why are Hand Forged and Conjure Weapon emotes disabled?

Epic Games disabled Hand Forged, Conjure Weapon, and several other emotes in Fortnite that change or swap the player’s pickaxe due to an issue that popped up in update v24.20. The developers didn’t go into much detail about the issues being caused by these emotes other than it causing a stability issue within Fortnite. There’s currently no timetable for the return of these emotes.

What changes did Fortnite v24.20 bring?

Outside of the new content added to the game, mainly the addition ofAttack on Titancharacter Eren Jaeger, there have been some changes to the storm. Epic announced the storm will move as it closes across all of its Battle Royale modes. This means players will have to adjust accordingly and won’t simply be able to turtle up and predict where the storm will ultimately close.

On top of that, newAttack on Titanitems have been added in Fortnite likeThunder Spears. These let players live out their fantasies from the hit anime, and they’ll most likely be sticking around until the end of the season.
