To find the Sun Strider,visit the small islandsouth of the Eclipsed Estate POI. This is one of the new POIs under the control of the antagonist,Kado Thorne. Check the yellow circle on the map image to see the precise location of this NPC.

How to hire Sun Strider NPC in Fortnite
Once you interact with the Sun Strider, she will offer to sellMed-Mist. Alternatively, you can hire her to join your party as aMedic Specialistby spending250 Gold Bars. The Sun Strider is an excellent choice for solo players, as she allows you to heal passively while facing multiple opponents. She can also aid you in combat by firing at your enemies with you.
Before interacting with the Sun Strider, I recommend getting weapons and shields as opponents might camp nearby to sneak up on you. TheEclipsed Estateis one of the most contested POIs which means a lot of enemies could be landing here; it’s best to be prepared beforehand. I found a Heist Bag just as I landed on the island which contained weapons and shields. In addition, the Eclipsed Estate has avaultunderneath it that contains exceptional loot. To access the vault, you need to fight multiple enemies including Kado Thorne.
