When does Ghostrunner 2 come out?
Ghostrunner 2 will be released onOctober 26, 2023. The base game will cost $40, but there will also be a Deluxe and Brutal edition that costs $50 and $70 respectively.

Ghostrunner 2 looks to build off the original by offering even more frantic gameplay; it seems things can get gruesome in a hurry. If you’re looking for a game where you can move at breakneck speed while slicing and dicing with a sword, then Ghostrunner 2 is right up your alley.
There’s plenty of wall-running, grappling, and combat to be had; the trailer even shows off a motorcycle, so vehicle gameplay is a given. The main appeal so far is the combat, which the developers are delivering on. With vehicular combat being added into the mix, Ghostrunner 2 will be pushing the boundaries even further.
What platforms will Ghostrunner 2 be on?
Since it was announced at the Sony showcase, a PS5 release has been confirmed. It has also been confirmed for a Xbox Series X|S and PC release via GOG, Epic, and Steam.
It’s tough to imagine a game that looks like this running on the Switch at this point, but developers managed to get The Witcher 3 and DOOM running on the platform (evenKingdom Heartsusing a cloud version), so there’s no point in ruling it out. As of right now, the Switch is not a confirmed platform, but the first one did arrive there.
How to play the Ghostrunner 2 demo
Following the September 14 PlayStation State of Play, a demo for Ghostrunner 2 became available. You’ll be able to find it in the PSN Store free of charge.
