Is it worth it to equip the Griddle?

When the Stagecoach is upgraded, the maximum amount of Stagecoach items it can have at one time isfour. Using the Griddle will take up a slot, and while the bonuses from Flapjacks are good, there are also other items that can help during expeditions. On the first route, the Griddle can be used to make a stack or two of Flapjacks to save for the Mountain. This way, the bonuses can be used, but the Griddle can then be switched out for a Stagecoach item that is better suited for your playstyle.
