While strategy RPG Wartales largely lets you explore at your own pace, the map is broken down into zones. Once you’ve explored the starting area of Tiltren,explored Tiltren Tomb, and your companions are around level four, your options are either to head west into Edoran or northeast into Vertruse Province. If you decide on Vertruse, you’ll eventually find yourself in the town of Marheim. You can pick up a quest that asks you to find the apothecary meeting place location. If you’re looking for the quest itself, once you’re inMarheimgo to theApothecaryand talk toJoren. Accept his quest and he’ll thank you and follow your party. He’ll alsogive you a rough map, giving a clue to the apothecary meeting place location. We’ve marked thelocation on the map above.

You’ll need toleave Marheimon the road headingwestand go straight across the crossroads. Go past theJuggler’s Campand across the river. Turn left (south) along the river justbefore you get to Brownrock Town. The location is just a short distance down the road, where you’ll see alarge bloodstain.
When you investigate the bloodstain, you’ll immediately end up in a battle with alevel-five gangof soldiers. This is a tough fight against quite a big gang of opponents, so if you’re new to the area we wouldn’t suggest rushing into this one. Also, even if you defeat them, this is not the end of the quest line so be prepared to continue on afterwards.
