Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.35 added a host of new quests, features, and, most importantly, collectibles and unlockables. While everyone is eager for mounts, minions, and triple triad cards, there’s also other collectibles that you can unlock from the patch. Below, we’ve broken down all the unlockables you might have missed in FFXIV Patch 6.35
How to Unlock the Allagan Barding in FFXIV
A brand new barding was added to the game in Patch 6.35, the Allagan Barding. This barding is obtained from Eureka Orthos. First, find a piece of the Accursed Hoard and take it to Valeroine in Mor Dhona (X: 34.9 Y: 19.1) to have it appraised. This will turn the piece into a sack which will either be Bronze-tinged, Silver-tinged, or Gold-tinged. The Allagan Barding is unlocked from Bronze-tinged Sacks.

How to unlock the Raindrop Defense System fashion accessory in FFXIV
Patch 6.35 also added a new umbrella/parasol fashion accessory for you to collect. Again, like many of the unlockables, it’s fromEureka Orthos. To unlock the Raindrop Defense System, you’ll need to get lucky and find it in a Bronze-tinged Sack converted from a piece of the Accursed Hoard.
How to unlock the Close Shave, Shaved Head hairstyle in FFXIV
A new hairstyle was added to the game in FFXIV patch 6.35 as well. Modern Aesthetics - A Close Shave gives you a stylish buzz-cut. It’s unlocked again from Eureka Orthos, and is found after opening Accursed Hoard Bronze-tinged Sacks.
