The Skyward Atlas is a five-star catalyst that boosts the wielder’s Attack and Elemental Damage. Being a weapon that prioritizes dealing damage, it’s a suitable choice for many of Genshin Impact’s catalyst users who take on the role of a main DPS. I find that the Attack substat can be a burden on Artifact rolls, as you’ll have to aim for more Crit Rate and Damage. However, I still find the Skyward Atlas useful to throw into DPS units whenever I don’t have their best-in-slot alternative.

Skyward Atlas is a standard banner weapon, which means that you can pull for it from the permanent Wanderlust Invocation banner, as well as all limited weapon banners.
