If you’re looking for a well-rounded Pulse Rifle, the PSI Hermetic V is a good choice for both PvP and PvE. As always, PvP focuses on range and accuracy while PvE focuses on reload speed, as the origin trait leaves you with plenty of experimental submunition after finishing an enemy off.
