Medical Diagnosis is the final story mission for the Tier 3 Black Mous Faction in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 DMZ. For this mission, you need to find and extract three documents from the medical centers or hospitals in Al Mazrah.
How to complete the Medical Diagnosis mission in DMZ
As you may know, there aresix hospitalson the Al Mazrah map. All of these buildings share a similar L-shaped structure inside which you can find medical supplies such asIFAKs,MedicalBags,Self Revive Kits, and other loot items. To collect the Medical Documents required for this mission, you have to visit the following three hospitals or medical centers:
Medical Document in Sawah Village Hospital
The Sawah Village Hospital can be found in southwestern Al Mazrah, at the location marked on the map above. The Medical Documents will be placed on top ofwooden crateson the first floor of the flooded building. The area is heavily guarded by AQ soldiers, therefore, be careful while approaching.

Medical Document in Al Mazrah City Hospital
The next medical center you need to visit is the Al Mazrah City Hospital, situated next to theDowntown Post Officebuilding in the northeastern part of the map. You’ll find the Medical Documents on top of theshelveson the second floor of the hospital.
Medical Document in Rohan Oil Hospital
Finally, visit the Rohan Oil Hospital next to the gas station in northwestern Al Mazrah. The Medical Documents inside this building are placed on abedon the second floor.
After you’ve collected the Medical Documents from all three hospitals, you need to extract them from the DMZ to complete the Medical Diagnosis mission. This will unlock the Tier 4 set of missions for the Black Mous Faction as well as the freeMacroburstoperator skin for Kleo.
