How to complete the M4 Weapon Testing mission in DMZ
The M4 Weapon Testing mission for Crown Faction consists of the following two tasks:
Before talking about the mission, you should note that Modern Warfare 2 introducedGunsmith 2.0that features a system of Weapon Platform. In this system, weapons of the same family and similar sets of attachments are grouped together. As such, the M4 Platform of weapons includes theM4&M16ARs,556 IcarusLMG,FSS HurricaneSMG, andFTAC ReconBattle Rifle.
For the M4 Weapon Testing mission, you can use any of the weapons listed above. However, we recommend using either theFTAC ReconBattle Rifle or theM4Assault Rifle as they’re more effective at long-range. To complete the first task in the mission, you can simplydanger ping the target(Up on D-Pad or L Alt on the keyboard) and use it as a guide to adjust your distance from it. Take the shot once you’re more than 100 meters away from the enemy. Non-armored bots can be killed in a single headshot, so verify you go for them first. The final task requires you tokill one real player, which you do by picking up aSquad Huntcontract.
