Is BG3 3 Cross Platform?

The answer is yes—Baldur’s Gate 3will feature cross platform saves. This means you’re able to play the game on PlayStation 5 and PC without worrying about losing progress or starting over. However, Baldur’s Gate 3 is not a free-to-play game, so you must purchase both versions to use cross-platform saves. That said, you must ensure you upload your save to the cloud, or you won’t be able to pick up and play from either platform.

Is Baldur’s Gate 3 Crossplay?

Baldur’s Gate 3 is not crossplay, meaning that players on PC and PS5 cannot play with one another. It does have online multiplayer as long as you are on the same platform. Baldur’s Gate 3 also features split-screen multiplayer. The Xbox version will likely not have crossplay, but this may change with futureBG 3 updates and the patch notes.
