To unlock SpellString, SpellStream, and SpellStrike in the Tides of the Foscari DLC for every character in Vampire Survivors, you must have unlocked the first DLC character, Eleanor Uziron. Once you have, you then need to do the following:

How to unlock Eleanor Uziron in Vampire Survivors

If you’ve yet to unlock Eleanor Uziron, you do so by opening thecoffinon theLake Foscari stage. To find it, headnorthwestfrom the starting point, cross thewooden bridge, and continue in the same direction until you reach a smallvillage.

How to evolve SpellString, SpellStream, and SpellStrike into Spellstrom in Vampire Survivors

With SpellString, SpellStream, and SpellStrike unlocked, you may now evolve all three into a more powerful form:SpellStrom. To evolve these weapons into SpellStrom, level all three tolevel sixand then open aTreasureChest. This will unite the trio into their final form, which unleashes a devastatingly powerful storm on all surrounding enemies.

If that wasn’t already good enough, you also unlock another new character,Maruto Cuts, for doing so. And you’ll unlock Spellstrom for every character, netting youthe Maruto Cuts achievementin the process.
