This is because you need tospend Cyborg Gearslearning Cyborg fighting styleskills, which can only beobtained as dropswithin the Factory Raid. Once you have all the skills, you canchoose an upgrade(Attack, Defense, or Stamina), which will also cost you Cyborg Gears. On the plus side, the Cyborg has 17 different variants and the colors can be customized in the main menu.
