The Duel! The Summoners' Summit! event runs fromMay 25,2023,to June 19,2023, taking the Traveler and Paimon around Teyvat to experience the King of Invokations Grand Prix. During the event, you’re able to take part in a plethora of mini-games, including the Evermotion Mechanical Painting: Invoker. I found this to be a little trickier than the earlier rendition of Felix Yogue’s Evermotion Mechanical Painting, but it’s still a fun puzzle nonetheless.
How to unlock Evermotion Mechanical Painting: Liyue I in Genshin Impact
To unlock the Evermotion Mechanical Painting: Invoker mini-game in Liyue, you need to complete the second Event Quest calledRoll!A Sea of New Acquaintances. In addition, you also need to complete the two Evermotion Mechanical Painting puzzles in Mondstadt:
Doing all of the above will unlock the King of Invokations competition venue in Liyue, as well as the Evermotion Mechanical painting puzzles in the region.

Genshin Impact Evermotion Mechanical Painting: Liyue I puzzle solution
Interact with the Evermotion Mechanical Painting: Liyue I stand at the edge of the competition venue to initiate the puzzle. Upon starting, selectSurface IandRotate Surface three times. The upper left gear should be positioned in the middle of the plate, as pictured above.
Next, switch toSurface II. You also need toRotate Surface three timesso that the pins three and four are on the left side of the bottom right plate, pictured above.
SelectGear Column 1and place aSmall Gear. Reference the image above for how the puzzle should look at this point.
Next, switch toGear Column 2and slot aMedium Gearinto position. Reference the image above for how the puzzle should look at this point.
Once that’s done, switch toGear Column 3and select theLarge Gear. Reference the image above for how the puzzle should look at this point.
Finally, switch toGear Column 4and place the secondMedium Gear. Doing so will make the cogs move, completing the puzzle.
