The Encrypted Cipher Quests are divided into multiple stages, and each stage has a specific code. Deciphering this code reveals a clue for the challenge. While these codes can look challenging on the surface, they can be solved through a simple numeric substitution cipher system. For instance, the teaser posted by Epic Games can be solved by substituting the numerals with alphabets, where A = 1, B = 2, C = 3, and so on. This translates 3 18 1 3 11 20 8 5 3 15 4 5 into ‘Crack The Code.’
The other code that will be essential to solving the Encrypted Cipher Quest is actually a date. TheEncrypted Cipher Questsends on03.10.2023. This date is crucial to decoding the quest codes as you’ll need to subtract the numerals from each of the stage quest codes to solve the cipher. We have provided a substitution table below to help you solve these encrypted codes easily by corresponding the numerals with the alphabet.

Now, for the first stage of the Encrypted Cipher Quests, you’ll notice the code is 1.17.23.9.14. 19.19.24.1.21.6. Solving this code reveals the location where you’ll need to go. To solve the code, simplysubtract the end date of the Encrypted Cipher Quest from the quest stage code. Since the date consists of eight numbers, you need to repeat the numerals in sequence.

How to inspect the wall beneath the eastern building in Fortnite

Visit the location, and go to the floor below in the small hut on the left of the Reboot van at Anvil Square. You’ll see a mechanical table with the interact symbol. Stage three of the Encrypted Cipher Quest involves another code and solving it reveals the location that you need to visit. The code is 12.18.15.5.14.25. 14.4.2.22, and the solution is listed below.
After decrypting this code, you’ll find that the answer isLonely Labs. Visit the POI to complete the third stage of the Encrypted Cypher Quests.
Where to find the entrance to the computer room in Lonely Labs in Fortnite Encrypted Cipher Quest
After reaching Lonely Lab, you need to visit theCapture Pointarea located on the southeastern side of the POI. You’ll find three red metal crates here, enter the first crate to on the right-hand side. This is where you’ll find a tunnel that leads down to the computer lab. Walk down the stairs, stand in front of the four computers, and interact with them to complete the third stage of the Encrypted Cypher Quests.

Stage four of the Encrypted Cipher Quests features another code that you need to solve. For this challenge, you’ll also get a text hint that says, ‘dig on top of.’ The code is 19.11.2.20.22.5.20.8.4. 22.13.1.4.19, and the solution is listed below.
The solution to this code isShattered Slabs.
Where to dig at Shattered Slabs in Fortnite Encrypted Cipher Quests
This means you need to visit the Shattered Slabs POI. There will be a glowing area on the ground at the northwestern side of Shattered Slabs, this is where you must dig the ground. Check the red circle on the image above to see the exact location of this glowing area.
Once you reach the spot, simply use your harvesting tool to dig the ground. An arcade gaming machine comes out of the glowing ground, and this completes the stage four of Encrypted Cipher Quests in Fortnite.
