The Ballerinas must be posed to match the shadow of the dead soldiers. The correct poses will cast shadows that appear like the ballerina is holding or dealing the last blow to the dead soldier’s shadow. To change a ballerina’s pose, walk up and interact with them, then choose the correct pose in the dialogue options. Here are the correct poses for each ballerina starting from when you first enter the hallway:
