Massive Resurgence takes the typical Battle Royale format Warzone has been using, and turns it on its heels. The mode plays faster and requires a slightly different set of tactics from normal Warzone 2 due to the increased number of active players and changes in the ruleset. If you’re curious about how best to play Massive Resurgence, then you’ve come to the right place.
How Massive Resurgence works in Warzone 2
You’re up against a larger-than-normal number of enemies. In Massive Resurgence, 150 players will be dropped into Al Mazrah, so you’ll need to make sure to keep your team alive. Unlike normal Warzone 2, there is no Gulag intermission that occurs when you, your team, or an enemy dies. Instead, players will respawn once a certain amount of time, dictated by the resurgence timer, lapses. The more living teammates still in the match, the less time it takes for respawns to occur. It isn’t unordinary in Massive Resurgace to respawnseveral timesthroughout a match due to this crucial change from standard Warzone 2.
