Unlocking and getting Whitesnake in A Universal Time can be tedious, but it’s well worth the effort for such a powerful unit. You’ll need to obtain theRequiem Arrowitem by defeating Diavolo. You must then use this onStandless with a 50% chance. This gives you a 50% chance to get Whitesnake, but you may also get Weather Report.

As this is a 50/50 chance, you may need to repeat this step multiple times. This is more painful considering that the Requiem Arrow only has a 15% chance of dropping from defeating Diavolo. Be prepared for a long wait if you want to get Whitesnake in A Universal Time. However, there is a way you may make the process easier: getting help from other players.
