The same can be said for hoverboards, which vary in exclusivity and are earned/unlocked in different ways. How to unlock the Steampunk Hoverboard in Pet Simulator X
The Steampunk Hoverboard is unlocked by reachinglevel 99 Masteryin the Converting Mastery category.

To increase your Converting Mastery level, you need to convert as many pets as you can using the various in-game conversion machines. This means converting normal pets toGold, and then Gold pets toRainbow. Each time you convert a pet to a new type, you’ll earn XP that will, in turn, raise your overall Converting Mastery level.
To reach level 99 in Converting Mastery, which is the maximum level, players will need to either A) use the Golden Machine 4,667 times and place six pets in the machine each time, or B) use the Rainbow Machine 2,334 times and place six pets in the machine each time. Some easy feat, huh?
After reaching level 99, the Steampunk Hoverboard will automatically be unlocked.
