After grinding the game for hours, and with a few tips from the Armored Core 6 community, I finally found the Moonlight Greatsword inside a loot container under the big bridge in Chapter 4: Reach the Coral Convergence mission.
Where is the Moonlight Greatsword location in Armored Core 6?
After startingChapter 4: Reach the Coral Convergencemission, head towards the left side of the map. you’re able to follow the default waypoint markers or fly directly to the bridge. Use the below image for a pictorial representation of the location.

Jump under the bridge area and keep going forward. Here, you will encounter several enemies, mainly a giant rotating wheel that will try to overrun and break you.
They are pretty easy to kill using any one of your load-outs. Still, I suggest using theVVc -706PMPlasma gun to inflict burst damage. Clear all the 6 to 8 enemies, and you will find a loot container at the end of the water area. Interact with it to open and acquire theMoonlight Greatswordinside.
Though you have acquired the Moonlight Greatsword, the mission is still pending. Return to the original waypoint marker and complete the chapter by reaching the Coral Convergence and defeating theCEL 240 Boss.
After finishing the mission, you will find the Moonlight Greatsword in your Assembly as a melee weapon for the Left Arm Unit.
