Like the Sun’s Passage is a Genshin Impact Challenger: Series VII Achievement that you can get by defeating the Guardian of Apep’s Oasis without any character being attacked by aftershocks of the apocalypse.
Before starting, make sure you’ve completed Nahida’s second Story Quest, the Sapientia Oromasdis Chapter: Act II - Homecoming. Doing so will unlock the Guardian of Apep’s Oasis Weekly Boss south of the Girdle of the Sands.
How to defeat the Guardian of Apep’s Oasis without being attacked by aftershocks of the apocalypse in Genshin Impact
Start byheading to The Realm of Beginnings Domain, which houses the Guardian of Apep’s Oasis. This Achievement requires you to complete the battle, so bring your best team with a strong DPS. The battle consists of three parts. You need toreach the third partbefore you’re able to work toward this Achievement.

While battling Apep’s third form, pay attention to the screen andwait for the prompt above to show up. It reads: Enter the Shield of Revival’s Hymn to defend against the aftershocks of the apocalypse. This indicates that the aftershocks are about to come. Shielded areas (also pictured above) will appear. You muststep onto a shielded areabefore Apep releases the massive aftershock. During this segment, I felt that the game provided more than enough time for me to run to safety, so you likely won’t have an issue as well.
As long as you’re inside the shielded area, you won’t be attacked by the aftershock of the apocalypse. Keep doing the same until Apep is defeated. Doing so will merit you the Challenger: Series VII Achievement called “Like the Sun’s Passage.”
