There are many varied and powerful weapons in the multiplayer ARPG shooter Warframe, and the Citrine’s Last Wish patch included some really nice new potential additions to yourweapons arsenal. One of these is the Steflos, a primary shotgun that has some awesome crowd-control capabilities. It’s even stronger in the hands of Citrine, increasing the speed of its projectiles, which can inflict damage to multiple targets, lasting longer the more enemies it hits. Here we’ll discuss how to get the Steflos shotgun in Warframe.
Where is Warframe Steflos Shotgun?
There are three ways to obtain the Steflos Shotgun in Warframe. The simplest method is to buy it in theMarket(240 Platinum), or as part of theCrystal Bastion Collection Bundle(740 Platinum). If you want to gain it free-to-play, you’ll instead need to earn it via theMirror Defensemode. Doing so will give you two options. You’ll either be lucky enough to find theSteflos Blueprintand its components as drops or collect enoughBelric and Rania Fragmentswhile on the mission to buy what you need fromOtakin the Necralisk.

If you decide to go the Mission Defense mode route, you’ll need to grind it a while to get everything you need. To gain access to this mode, you’ll need to have completed theHeart of Deimossolo quest. To keep active in Mission Defense mode, you need to protect two crystals by fighting off waves of enemies for a set time duration. Each needs to be defended for two-and-a-half minutes, with a 30-second breather in between.A rotation counts as a full defense, so five-and-a-half minutes. Rewards follow an AABC table. Steflos drop rates are as follows:
During each defense, when you hear a chime, Floating Gems will appear. Collecting these will reward you with theBelric or Rania Fragmentsyou need for buying items from Otak. But be careful, as if you do too much collecting and not enough protecting, you’ll fail the objective.
