Type Soul is a Roblox title that lets me experience one of my favorite animes as a game, thanks to itsBleachinspiration. Upon joining Type Soul, I immediately wanted to become a Soul Reaper and become a powerful warrior. To do this, I need to unlock my Shikai, which is not an easy process. If you’re lost on how to get your Shikai, I have all the information you need!
How to unlock Shikai in Type Soul
You mustreach Grade 2as a Soul Reaper to get your Shikai in Type Soul. To do this, you’ll need to first become a Lost Soul and speak to Kisuke in Karakura Town. This sets you on the path to getting your Shikai.
Once you reach Grade 2, you mustmeditate three times, witheach time lasting 20 minutes. This means you must meditate for a total of an hour split over three periods. Once you complete this, you will gain the Shikai quest after youbegin the fourth meditation.

This is where you fight and mustdefeat your Shikai. If you are not victorious, you must either wait one hour before you may challenge it again, or you can grip a player or Arrancar NPC to reset the timer. If you defeat your Shikai, you will gain Shikai powers and can use them by pressing J with your sword drawn.
Sometimes meditating for the fourth time will not bring you into your inner world. This is easily fixed by dying and then meditating again. When the spirit whispers to you, meditate, and this should place you in your inner world. If you need more help, be sure to check out theType Soul Trello.
