Honkai: Star Rail’s enemies are extremely formidable. This made early gameplay a massive challenge for us. Luckily, toward the end of Jarilo-VI’s story, you’ll eventually be able to farm Relics, upgradeable equipment sets that can give your characters a massive power boost. Here’s how to get them.
How to unlock Relics in Honkai Star Rail
You’ll automatically unlock Relics after completing the following prerequisites:
In the Trailblaze Mission above, you’ll be asked to speak withNatashain the Great Mine. Doing so will unlock the Relics section in the character menu. However, you won’t be able to farm them until later on.

How to farm for Relics in Honkai Star Rail
To first be able to farm Relics in Honkai Star Rail, you must first complete the following prerequisites:
While doing the Trailblaze Mission above, you’ll encounter the firstCavern of Corrosionin the Corridor of Fading Echoes. Approaching it will prompt text messages with Welt, unlocking the Cavern of Corrosion section in the Interastral Peace Guide.
However, we don’t recommend you actively farm for Relicsuntil your Trailblaze Level hits 40. It’s only at this point thatfive-star Relicsdrop from the Caverns of Corrosion—we learned this the hard way. Until then, use your Trailblaze Power on Calyx (for Trace and EXP materials) instead and stick with the four-star Relics you may get from Simulated Universe andtreasure chests.
Caverns of Corrosion aren’t difficult at all! you’re able to win them withauto battle, provided that you bring characters with an element advantage.

It costs40 Trailblaze Powerto challenge a Cavern of Corrosion, and you’ll get random Relics from the specified sets above as rewards. I found these challenges difficult at first, but they eventually get easier once your characters are all geared up.
