Not far into the story of Dead Island 2, Michael will show you the back entrance of Emma Jaunts' house as you make your way to the Halperin Hotel. However, as you leave, something may have caught your eye—a toolbox on the back of a white truck—which is locked. This is one of the first locked objects you’ll encounter in Dead Island 2. Where to get the Landscaper’s keys to Eddie’s Toolbox in Dead Island 2
To get the Landscaper’s Keys inDead Island 2, you must have played the story until Mission 20, calledBoardwalking the Dead. In this mission, you will fight a new type of zombie calledButcho the Clown. This will spawn a new kind of zombie into the world called aButcher. In turn, this also spawns all Butcher-named zombies, specifically one calledGreen Thumb Eddie.

After the clown boss fight, travel back to Bel-Air, specifically,Colt Swanson’s mansion—the mansion you wake up in at the start of the game.Green Thumb Eddie will spawnin or around the estate; all you need to do is kill it and loot the Landscaper Keys from its corpse.
Once done, and the butcher zombie lies dead. Return to the white truck outside Emma Jaunts' home from Alpine Drive and open the toolbox. We received asuperior Vampiric Machine Pistol, but your reward may differ from our loot.
Note that it is impossible to find the Landscaper Key before you have defeated Butcho the clown. It will not spawn, as butcher zombies do not exist until this boss is encountered and defeated.
