You’ll need plenty of Galleons if you hope to purchase a new ship, upgrades, deckhands, or better equipment for your character. While this experience relies heavily on the slow grind, there are some ways you’re able to speed up the process a bit and earn those Galleons more quickly. Here are some of the best options.

How to get Galleons quickly in Arcane Odyssey

Fishing

Fishing is a great and casual way to earn some fast Galleons. Each fish you catch you can sell for Galleons, and depending on the type of fish, that can be quite a bit. However, you won’t want to fish straight off the dock or island; instead, sail your ship or boat further into the sea. This way, you have a better chance of catching rarer fish, and you can also keep an eye on any lost cargo nearby.

Selling Cargo

One of the best ways to earn Galleons quickly is to sell cargo. At any of the island’s Shipwrights, you can purchase cargo for 50 Galleons and then take it to another island to sell. The farther away the island you venture to, the more Galleons you can earn.

However, there is another way to sell cargo that can earn you greater quantities of Galleons and doesn’t require you to spend any. It will require you to become a little notorious, though.

You can steal cargo rather than buy it, but you need to have some notoriety built up to do so. You build some fame by stealing from various chests and supplies around islands. These are usually sitting right beside shopkeepers. Once you have enough notoriety, you can steal the cargo rather than buy it. This will continue building up your notoriety each time you steal, so be careful of any inbound navy soldiers.

Once you load up your ship with your stolen cargo, you’ll want toclear your fame. You can’t sell your stolen cargo at just any Shipwright. You’ll need to head to theCriminal Shipwright, Amber Zamora. You can find her atDarkpine Isle, a small island just southwest of Redwake and southwest of Dawn Island, or north of just about everything else. You can sell them all right to Amber, and depending on the distance you traveled, it can be worth quite a bit of Galleons for each crate.

Selling Items

Another great way to boost your Galleons total is to sell items you no longer need. You can collect some loot from chests or scattered around various islands. You might also have some gear that you are no longer using. You can sell all your extra items to shopkeepers around the map, even Shipwrights. Just press theSellbutton on the top of the Shop menu. Depending on the rarity of the item, it will sell for more.

Lost Cargo & Treasure Chests

you’re able to also earn some extra Galleons by collecting treasure chests, sealed chests, or lost cargo. Treasure chests randomly spawn on each island and can give you some Galleons when you open them. Sealed chests are found mostly from shipwrecks or defeated ships, except these are way more valuable, and you can only open them by taking them to Shipwrights.

Lost cargo is about the easiest of items to collect and earn Galleons from. you’re able to usually find quite a few floating around the sea on the outskirts of islands. You can easily collect whatever you see if you’re already out-delivering cargo or fishing.

These are some ways you’re able to earn Galleons quickly. Keep up the grind, and you’ll be rich in no time. Remember, the highest the risk, the better the reward. It may be worth a little longer trip to earn more Galleons for that cargo.
