In classic tycoon fashion, all the items in Sunsilk Haircare Lab are earned after expanding your world a designated amount. Upon spawning into Sunsilk Haircare Lab, you should notice a green circle on the ground—stepping onto this circle will place the first piece of your tycoon.
As more circles appear, continue stepping on them to expand your tycoon. Once you’ve purchased the first couple, you should see one calledGreeter—step on this circle to hire your first employee. When they appear, approach them and pressEto open their training menu. Then, select the green button to train them to the next level. Upon doing so, you will unlock the Pink Cat Headphones.

Wings
Continue expanding your businesses by stepping on all of the new circles that appear around the area. If you run out of money and need more to purchase new circles, simply locate the ATM pictured below, walk up to it, and pressE. Doing so will automatically collect all of the money that your businesses have passively earned while you were building.
Eventually, you should see a circle labeledOffice—step onto this circle to place the Office building and unlock the Wings.
Fairy Hair
After a bit more grinding, you’ll be directed to the button that builds the Hair Research Lab.
Once you’ve unlocked all the buttons in the lab, you will unlock the Fairy Hair.
