The Golden Pelican is the most prestigious restaurant in Sea of Stars. you may find it in Brisk near the fountain area. Unfortunately, the keeper, Gaspar, will deny you entrance unless you have a reservation—because that’s the only way you’re getting in, apparently. Here’s how to get the invite.

Where to use the Hook of Time
Once you’ve gotten Garl back,speak to him in Camp twice. In the second conversation, he’ll give you an item called theHook of Time. You can use it onStillpond Island, an area between Docarri and Mooncradle.
With the Hook of Time with you, a thing will sparkle in the pond’s water. Fish it out, and you’ll reveal a hidden dungeon.
At the very end of this place, you’ll find this fishing spot that tells you to grab the “key.” Instead of fishing for the thing in the water,swimand grab it. Then, use the key on the sparkling figure up top.
This will lead you to a room where you can fish (yes, I’m serious) the Golden Pelican Head Chef out of the water. He’ll give you the Gilded Invitation.
What rewards do you get for entering the Golden Pelican in Sea of Stars?
Getting invited into the Golden Pelican will not only let you conclude Garl’s story but also help you get a couple of achievements you might be missing as well. Answering all 11 Question Packs in Lucent will net you aFlimsy Hammer, which you can use to discover the last secret of Sea of Stars.
