A Friendly Exchange is a level 8 quest that involves you to speak to WALL-E and Ariel. But before that, make sure to unlock, and complete quests for both the characters to increase their level of friendship. You will stumble upon a memory by removing the Night Thorns. The memory will show WALL-E and Ariel exchanging gifts. Once you have collected the memory, you will need to speak to WALL-E. He will accompany you to meet Ariel. Head to Goofy’s house to get the Bowling Pin. You will locate the object on the floor just as you enter his house. After this, you need to collect the Light Bulb.
