The second lighthouse can only be reached viaboat. You’ll need toset sail from New Delsta Harborand travel north. There’s a gigantic lighthouse built over there, and the resident lighthouse keeper will have theAelmorite Reflectorthat you need. Be sure you have someone whose Path Action can take things, like Agnea (Entreat), Osvald (Mug), and Partitio (Purchase).

How to get a boat in Octopath Traveler 2
If you don’t have a boat yet, you can get it early on, as long as you have the guts and resources. It’s the reward for completing theScent of Commerce side story in Tropu’hopu(Wildlands). Travel to east Tropu’hopu and speak to the boat architect. To trigger the quest, Partitio the Merchant must be in your party.
