All 2023 April Fools' Day quests in Pet Simulator X and how to complete them
So, you’re trying to enter the April Fools' Day Event area, but can’t figure out what you need to do to unlock it? We’ve got you covered! Check out the quest list below and then follow along with our guide to learn more.
Unlocking the event door
Yes, unlocking the actual event door is as easy as it sounds! All you need to do is approach it, type “April Fools” in the chat box, and pressEnter. Upon doing so, you’ll be able to enter the area by walking up to the door and pressingE.
Eating 30 fruits
Fruits are a new type of breakable item added with the April Fools update. Similar to the Mystery Boxes added with the St. Patrick’s Day update, these limited-time items are scattered around the Pet Simulator X map and come in six varieties: apple, banana, golden fruit, orange, pineapple, and rainbow fruit. To “eat” one of these fruits, simply click on it. Doing so will direct your pets to “eat” it (or destroy it), and count toward the quest. Examples of these fruits can be found below.

Each of these fruits also has its own stat buff, which applies to your avatar for a limited time when consumed.

Breaking Error Chests
Error Chests, just like normal chests, can be found in every world of Pet Simulator X and are destroyed/broken using pets. Depending on what area you’re in, these chests can range in difficulty, but they luckily scale with your location, meaning chests found in the beginning worlds will have less health and, in turn, be easier to break.
This advice isn’t ground-breaking anymore, but we still think it’s important for those who aren’t aware of it: theSamuraiarea inFantasy Worldis the best place to grind almost everything in Pet Simulator X, break your Error Chests there! The more you destroy the piles, crates, presents, and chests around you, the higher the likelihood that Error Chests will spawn.
Each time you destroy an Error Chest, there’s a chance you’ll be given a random avatar effect as well, such as turning tiny! These effects don’t last forever, and will go away after a few minutes.

Once you’ve completed the three quests mentioned above, you’ll unlock the April Fools' Day Event area! Inside this area is the Error Egg, and the entrance to the secret Diamond Error Egg.
