To find this item, you must go to a church. Flamechurch seems like the obvious choice, but instead, you must go toBorderfell. At the northern point of this area is a small church where theCleric Secondary Jobis. Head inside the church and use Osvald’s Scrutinize or another Path Action to learn about the sequel to Adventures of an Apprentice Cleric.

Where to find a New Delsta Crepe in Octopath Traveler 2
No surprise here, but you must go toNew Delsta. At the top of the stairs in front of the large mansion you can find the Crepe Maker. Use a Path Action to steal or purchase the Deluxe Crepe from this NPC.
