Of the three races, Quincy is likely the best for new players at the start of the game. This is because it gains most of its abilities right away, though the trade-off is that you don’t get as much power progression as a Soul Reaper or Hollow. This will turn you into a Quincy. If you have already become a Hollow or Soul Reaper, you will not be able to turn into a Quincy. After becoming a Quincy, you can start progressing and increasing your Grade. This is done by partying up and completing missions. You can also change your weapon using a Spirit Box, which is purchasable from the KT Raid Shop or as a Raid drop.
