If the places are a particular city, it becomes pretty straightforward as you must pick that city as your birthplace from the available list of cities. But sometimes, the developers may demand you create a character from a particular state or country. In such instances, instead of looking for the name of the state or country in the birthplace list, youmust still pick a city that falls under that state or countryto complete the objective.
On that note, the latestDeliverance Challengedemands players to create a male character out of Louisana. Since Louisana is a state and by default, you cannot choose a state as a birthplace. We must pick a city from Louisana, likeNew Orleans,to complete the objective.

How to create a character out of Louisana in BitLife
Open BitLife on your respective mobile platforms and press the three-striped icon on the top left of the screen. Click theNew Lifebutton from the long list of options. Give a name for your character. Since we are discussing the Deliverance challenge, pick male as your starting gender for your avatar and selectNew Orleansas your birthplace. Hit theStart Lifebutton and begin your adventure. Also, ensure to buy the Landlord Expansion pack before you start focusing on any objective, as the challenge revolves around the DLC.
