Luocha is a five-star Imaginary character who follows thaPathof The Abundance. He’s a foreign trader with a merchant license from the Xianzhou Yuque (Alliance) and the Star Unity Mall branch of the North Valley Star (IPC). He has been hinted to belong to a tumultous world with a chaotic church, and carries a coffin around him as he flits across the galaxy. Since his release, Luocha has been my favorite healer—partly because he’s not, and partly because he’s genuinely great at what he does.
Luocha’s Skills in Honkai Star Rail
Basic Attack: Thorns of the Abyss
Deals Imaginary DMG equal to apercentage scaleof Luocha’s ATK to a single enemy.
Skill: Prayer of Abyss Flower
After using his Skill, Luocha immediately restores the target ally’s HP equal to apercentage scale (1)of Luocha’s ATK plusa flat value (2). Meanwhile, Luocha gains one stack of Abyss Flower. When any ally’s HP percentage drops to 50 percent or lower, an effect equivalent to Luocha’s Skill will immediately be triggered and applied to this ally for one time (without consuming Skill Points). This effect can be triggered again after two turns.
Ultimate: Death Wish
Removes one buff from all enemies and deals Imaginary DMG equal to apercentage scaleof Luocha’s ATK to all enemies. Luocha gains one stack of Abyss Flower.
Energy Cost: 100
Talent: Cycle of Life
When Abyss Flower reaches two stacks, Luocha consumes all stacks of Abyss Flower to deploy a Field against the enemy. When any enemy in the Field is attacked by an ally, the attacking ally’s HP is immediately restored by an amount equal to apercentage scale (1)of Luocha’s ATK plus aflat value(2). The Field’s effect lasts for two turns. When Luocha is knocked down, the Field will be dispelled.
Technique: Mercy of a Fool
After the Technique is used, the Talent will be immediately triggered at the start of the next battle.
Luocha’s Traces in Honkai Star Rail
Sanctified
When any enemy in the Field is attacked by an ally, all allies (except the attacker) restore HP equal to 7 percent of Luocha’s ATK plus 93.
Through the Valley
The chance to resist Crowd Control debuffs increases by 70 percent.
Cleansing Revival
When the Skill’s effect is triggered, removes one debuff from a target ally.
