As Peppy’s emergency contact, he shares a close bond with Asta’s puppy, who sometimes imitates his injuries. I think that Arlan has an interesting kit as his skills require HP to use, so he pairs well with a reliable healer.

Basic Attack: Lightning Rush
Deals Lightning DMG equal to a scaling percentage of Arlan’s ATK to a single enemy.
Percentage Scaling
Skill: Shackle Breaker
Consumes Arlan’s HP equal to 15 percent of his Max HP to deal Lightning DMG equal to a scaling percentage of Arlan’s ATK to a single enemy. If Arlan does not have sufficient HP, his HP will be reduced to one after using his Skill.
Ultimate: Frenzied Punishment
Deals Lightning DMG equal to a scaling percentage (1) of Arlan’s ATK to a single enemy and Lightning DMG equal to a scaling percentage (2) of Arlan’s ATK to enemies adjacent to it.
Talent: Pain and Anger
Increases Arlan’s DMG for every percent of HP below his Max HP, up to a max of a scaling percentage more DMG.
Technique: Swift Harvest
Immediately attacks the enemy. After entering battle, deals Lightning DMG equal to 80 percent of Arlan’s ATK to all enemies.

Revival
If the current HP percentage is 30 percent or lower when defeating an enemy, immediately restores HP equal to 20 percent of Max HP.
The chance to resist DoT Debuffs increases by 50 percent.
Repel
Upon entering battle, if Arlan’s HP is less than or equal to 50 percent, he can nullify all DMG received except for DoT until after he is attacked.
