After unlocking theVivariumin Hogwarts Legacy, you can use the Nab-Sack to capture Beasts in the open world to bring them back to your Room of Requirement and get magical materials from them. There are several Beasts to capture, and you may notice that some Beasts have a star/+ symbol, indicating a shiny Beast. Here is how to catch Shiny Beasts in Hogwarts Legacy.
How to find Shiny Beasts in Hogwarts Legacy
Firstly, you will need to unlock the Vivarium and Nab-Sack. These both unlock during Autumn by completingThe Elf, The Nab-Sack, and the Loommain story quest. This quest will trigger early in the Autumn season after completing The Helm of Urtkot.
Once you have the Nab-Sack, you’re able to head to any Monster Den in the open world in search of a Shiny Beast. Shiny Beast’s spawns are random and down to luck. We recommend regularly checking Monster Dens for a Shiny Beast. A Shiny Beast will have the star/+ symbol next to their gender. You can use theDisillusionmentSpell to get close to Beasts without scaring them away when searching for a Shiny Beast.
