Reliable Helper is a Genshin Impact Commission that you can randomly get when your Commission location is set to Mondstadt. Completing all three routes on different days will reward you with the Snezhnaya Does Not Believe in Tears: Series I Achievement called Perfectionist.
How to complete the Reliable Helper Commission in Genshin Impact
These are all the solutions for the three routes in the Reliable Helper Commission. You can still complete the Commission as long as you manage to defeat all Hilichurls, but your progress will not count toward the Perfectionist Achievement unless you complete the tasks according to Tsarevich’s instructions, which are laid out in each segment below.
Mountaintop Route
Upon accepting the Commission from Tsarevich, select the dialogue option “I’ll go for the mountaintop” to unlock the mountaintop route. You need to defeat the enemies in the exact order prescribed below:
The Commission will not be successful if you defeat the enemies in the wrong order. To avoid attacking the wrong Hilichurls, we recommendusing aimed shots with an archerandavoiding using AoE attacksthat could accidentally defeat other enemies.

Mountainside Route
Upon accepting the Commission from Tsarevich, select the dialogue option “I’ll head for the mountainside” to unlock the mountainside route. The goal for this route is simple: you must defeat all Hilichurlswithout destroying any of the cargo. Keep in mind that bad weather, such as lightning strikes, can cause the cargo to break and make the Commission fail.
To complete this route, I highly recommend that you change the time until you land on a clear day, then lure the enemies away from the cargo by getting their attention with an aimed shot, and running to the side. When battling the Hilichurls, avoid using large AoE attacks that can spill over to the nearby cargo. Archers are really helpful in this route as you can control where aimed shots land.
Foot of the Mountains Route
Upon accepting the Commission from Tsarevich, select the dialogue option “I’ll take the foot of the mountains” to unlock this route. Your goal is to defeat all enemies within one minute. However, the timer includes the travel time to get to the Hilichurls' location and the time to return to Tsarevich. With all the running involved, it’s nearly impossible to complete this Commission within the one-minute allocation. Here are two strategies to help you.
