Once you arrive in Fontaine, you can interact with any Statue of The Seven using the Traveler to receive the Hydro blessing, allowing them toresonate with this Element. While their overall kit is underwhelming — I rate it 3/5 — compared to the well-receivedDendro Traveler, the Hydro Traveler is still fun to play.
In particular, the Hydro Traveler Elemental Skill’s hold version acts like a Hydro-infused bullet seed, which you might enjoy shooting at enemies. With that said, the only time I recommend using the Hydro Traveler is when you absolutely need a Pneuma-aligned character in your team.
