Baizhu, the primary physician of Bubu Pharmacy, is an upcoming five-star Dendro catalyst user expected to arrive in Genshin Impact’s Version 3.6 update. He’s one of the game’s most long-awaited characters, having been introduced since the beginning of the Traveler’s journey—and only being playable three years later. If you’re excited for him, you can start pre-farming his materials now.

Baizhu Level-up cost
You need to prepare the following resources to level Baizhu up to 80 or 90, whichever you prefer.
Baizhu Ascension materials & cost
You need to prepare420,000 Moraand the following materials to fully Ascend Baizhu to Ascension level six.
Local Specialty & Boss material
Baizhu’s local specialty is the infamousVioletgrass, which can be farmed from cliffs in Liyue. His boss material is supposedly from a new World Boss leaked to be called theIniquitous Lustrator, which will allegedly release in Version 3.6.
Gemstones
These are dropped by all Dendro Normal and World Bosses, including theDendro HypostasisandJadeplume Terrorshroom. Additionally, you canconvert materialsusing the Crafting Table to turn any of your existing Gemstones into Dendro ones.
Common materials
Genshin Impact is never short of fungi-loving characters. With that said, you’ll have to travel to Sumeru to farm Baizhu’s Ascension materials fromfungithat are defeated without being activated by Electro or scorched by Pyro. Paimon’s Bargains also sells a few of these every month.

Talent level-up materials & cost
You must prepare1,652,500 Moraand the following materials to level up all three of Baizhu’s Talents tolevel 10. Naturally, the cost will be a lot lower if you don’t intend to triple-crown this character.
Talent materials
These can be farmed from theTaishan Mansionin Jueyun Karst on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

World Boss material & Crown of Insight
