As Fortnite is gearing up for the season change, leaks suggests new locations, futuristic themes, first person mode and lots more. Here is everything you need to know about the Chapter 4 Season 2.

In all probability, a first person mode is coming in the latest Chapter 2 as confirmed by reliable data miner HYPEX. It will be a refreshing look since Fortnite has always been a third person shooter game. Additionally, we will be updating this piece with more information with the release of the next season tomorrow.

According to a reliable source ShiinaBR, we know that there will be a futuristic theme, along with futuristic motorcycles, and a new Tokyo POI. There will likely be glowing tubes which will allow you to easily glide around the map. Fortnite’s official tweet teases fans with the futuristic theme and other changes in the map, and we might get to see aPOIreturning.

Fortnite’s Chapter 4 Season 2 is named MEGA and the Japanese characters beside it also means the same. The teaser shows a fast paced neon colored city with blinding lights similar to the Cyberpunk 2077 along with futuristic vehicles. We also get to see the different skins such as Thunder, Highwire, Imani and Mizuki.

New Weapons and Neon Vehicles in Chapter 4 Season 2
Some new Chapter 4 - Season 2 Weapons:- Smart Pistol (Tracking onto Enemies)- Rope And Chains Grenade Launcher (AKA Chain Grenade Launcher)
According to iFireMonkey, a Smart Pistol is coming into the game which will let you track your enemies. Along with this, a Chain Grenade Launcher will also be seen in Chapter 2. But so far, we do not know how this weapon will work. With the release tomorrow, we can expect to see its utility in action.
A Neon City version of the vehicles in Fortnite is being worked on for Chapter 4 - Season 2 with the following color schemes:- Aqua- Deep Blue- Pink Blast- Red- Sea Foam
Another leak by iFireMonkey suggests that the different vehicles will be customized to match the futuristic themed setting. This might also apply to the existing vehicles along with the new ones being added to the game.

Prior to the release tomorrow, we got to know about the NPC’s being added this season. According to iFireMonkey, there will be three new NPC’s to match the themed season. There’s CRZ-8 with a mask, NeuraLynx wearing a blue and black suit with a tail, and the third one is P33LY with golden glowing eyes.
