There are thirteen abilities in Fire Force Online at the time of writing. These range in power, and there are several factors that make them stronger. S Tier
Devil’s Footprint
Devil’s Footprint is one of the best abilities thanks to its movement options. Many of its attacks give mobility and even pair this with a strong attack. These allow you to constantly move around the battlefield and catch opponents off guard.
Grand Hands
Grand Hands is both a great ability and a perfect choice for newcomers. It has great damage output and easy-to-use combos, making it a good ability for those learning the game. However, it can be rather straightforward, leaving you somewhat predictable.
Liberation Fists
Liberation Fists are extremely strong, especially when paired with the proper augments. These take its already great damage and make it even more powerful. It also has various moves with super armor, which let you tank a hit before delivering one yourself.
A Tier
Excalibur
Excalibur is a strong ability, but it suffers from being easily parried. While it can dish out great damage, other players who have the parry timing down can counter you easily.
Sakura
Sakura is an incredibly powerful ability if you can master its moves. Specifically, the ability to stop time is very powerful, but you need to be proficient with this. You can use it to line up the perfect strike or simply run away if you’re out-matched.
Explosion
Explosion can be extremely powerful in the right hands, especially if you’ve mastered its various abilities. It offers mobility and the ability to knock opponents away. It also has some ranged attacks in addition to its melee attacks.
Lightning
Lightning is a powerful ability that lets you call down lightning from the sky. These can blast opponents and let the user strike from afar. When opponents get in close, Lightning has unblockable grabs that can deal a good bit of damage.
B Tier
Shield
Shield is more offensive than you may think, utilizing the shield as a weapon. It possesses many slam attacks, making it strong in AoE and forcing opponents to give you room. It also has a shield throw ability that gives it some range, but its primary use will be a melee-based ability.
Pile Bunker
Pile Bunker focuses on missiles and powerful attacks. This lets you fight from afar but also deal with opponents that get in close. However, it does not have strong combos, which means skilled players can avoid your attacks if they learn the timing.
Gun
Gun allows players to wield multiple guns and fight from afar. This versatility provides different options, and each packs decent damage. Where it suffers is when opponents get up close and personal into melee range.
Axe n' Gun
This ability combines melee combine with ranged combat by wielding the axe and gun. It has a decent dash and can put out good damage, but it falls lower on the tier list when compared to other abilities. That said, the mobility given by this ability is still pretty good.
C Tier
Sickle
Sickle is just a weak ability, dealing low damage. Even with buffs, this ability is simply inferior to other abilities in Fire Force Online.
Sputter
Like Sickle, Sputter is a weak ability that has low damage output. It does have guard-breaking attacks, but this does not make up for its weak offense.
