To start theTraveler’s Superstitionside quest, you need to visit theBosun’s Woefar southeast ofThe Tree of Whispersin theHawezar region. You will need to travel to this area duringAct V: Secrets Bartered, Fates Soldto enter Elias' hidden sanctum. Return to this area after completing the story quest, and visit the location shown in the image above.
