The quest, which is given to you by Commander Zavala after Amanda Holliday’s death, is supposed to reward you with her Ship, theBrazen Spark. But for some, a glitch ispreventingthat, blocking you from being able to add it to your inventory.

It appears as though Guardians who havereset their War Table at the H.E.L.M.mistakenly received Brazen Spark as a reward, which is stopping them from handing in the Last Will and Testament quest because you can’t own the same Ship twice.
