Building 21 has only one Dead Drop that can spawn at any of the stairwell doors on thefirst or bottom floor. Players have found that this dumpster can appear randomly at A1, B1, C1, or D1 doors, which are located on all corners of the rectangular-shaped facility.

Wherever you spawn, get to the nearest stairs and approach the dumpster to find out if it’s the Building 21 Dead Drop. Other players may be trying the same thing, hence, you have to be cautious. Open the dumpster and pick up the seven trackers from inside to complete the first step of the mission.
