Cyberpunk 2077 Difficulty Levels Explained
Here’s how I would explain the difficulty levels in Cyberpunk 2077 2.0:
Prior to the Cyberpunk 2.0 update, I’d have suggested everyone play on Hard mode. However, the developers have “rebalanced game difficulty to increase the challenge at higher difficulties,” as per the recent patch notes. After trying out the game myself, I’d say you should play on Normal difficulty for a balanced experience and Hard if you like the combat to be challenging. I’ve also tried Very Hard, but it feels over-the-top as your character dies very fast, even while facing a small group of low-tier enemies.
