The fastest weapon in Blasphemous is the rapier and dagger, or Sarmiento & Centella. With these twin weapons in hand, I could strike my enemies rapidly and inflict Lightning damage. While the Sarmiento & Centella are already powerful, you can strengthen them even further with Memory Upgrades.
