World of Warcraft Dragonflight patch 10.0.7 introduced theOnyx Annuletand Primordial Stone gems into the game, and those can have a huge impact on certain specs. With so many gems available, it’s tough to tell what’s best, but we have you covered. Here’s everything you need to know about Primordial Stones Combos in WoW.

Best Primordial Stone gems for DPS in World of Warcraft

DPS players will want to focus on gems that increase their damage output in whatever way possible. This means they’ll want to shy away from ones that mention healing effects as much as they can. Here’s a look at the best gems to use for DPS specs in Dragonflight:

Some of those are better suited to certain specs. For example, Mages will want to focus more on something like the Humming Arcane Stone than a Warrior would because they can more easily dish out Magic damage. Many of the stones are better suited to AoE damage that players would see in Mythic+ dungeons, so that’s something to keep in mind, too, when prepping for a raid or an M+ dungeon.

Best Primordial Stone gems for Healers in World of Warcraft

Healers will still reap all the same benefits from a DPS gem, but they’d typically want to fill up their Onyx Annulet with gems that would boost their healing ability. Here’s a look at the gems that do just that.

Doing DPS is still important for healers, so it wouldn’t be a bad idea to mix something like a Desirous Blood Stone into the mix just for some additional damage on a prolonged fight. Loading up on healing gems also works, but classes like Paladin, Monk, Shaman, Druid, and Evoker who have multiple specs could consider a mix of DPS and healing gems.
