It’s very important to consider in which environment, PvP or PvE, you will be playing when building the best team in ASTD. Competing in PvP after you achieve level 15 will be different than all PvE game modes as it pits you against other talented players. To maximize your win chances, you must field the best and most balanced composition of characters because you never know which of the100+ charactersyour opponent will bring forth.

Best PvP team composition in All Star Tower Defense
This team composition is what worked best for me in the PvP matches in ASTD. It provides a perfect balance of abilities with decent air. Wrathdioas as a leader, gets a 20% attack boost with a very useful; 20% money boost which is always great to have.
Best PvE team composition in ASTD
This team composition is what worked best for me in the PvE matches like Infinity in All Star Tower Defense. It is a well-rounded team that has very solid damage output. Metal Freezer is supposed to clear the air while Jeff takes care of the economy. Your list might vary, as you may also include Idol and Tanjiro 7.
