There seem to be multiple points at which the objective scripts can break with this quest, but it is still possible to circumvent them, completing the quest successfully. ensure you save your game before attempting this quest, as you may have to reset it multiple times. Doing things in this order has worked for me, so try to follow these steps accurately:
